How about this summer-like weather, huh? Flowers are in full bloom, and it seems like the rains have passed. We're headed into some beautiful months ahead for sure. I hope you're feeling in the mood for Spring Break and have some fun outdoor adventures planned!!

As always, new students are welcome. Every student works at their own pace, and is guided in building a foundation of understanding through experience, practice, and support. Beginning students learn body & breath awareness through song, dance, games, and yoga exercises. And returning students are encouraged to develop their "inner leader" with group exercises that highlight adaptability, communication, and teamwork.
Always challenging & always fun, our classes encourage every student to participate in playful, experience-based learning that shares basic yogic technology. Modules like "Posture Practice", "Beautifully Breathing", and "Meditation Mastery" help students gain a basic understanding of the tools used. Building on those basics, lessons like "Making it Sacred" and "I AM" support students in developing a healthy self-image. With so many ways to play, YwN is a wonderful way to elevate & inspire your growing student.

- Session 1: September 8th - October 24th
- Session 2: November 7th - December 15th
- Session 3: January 12th - February 23rd
- Session 4: March 2nd - April 3rd
- Session 5: April 20th - May 22nd
Our fifth session of the year reviews what we've learned this year
- tuning in, mindfulness, and making it sacred
- breath & body awareness, posture practice, and partner play
- communication, connection & teamwork
- mastering meditation, deep relaxation, and self-soothing techniques
- understanding of what yoga is and how it can be used in daily life
